Do you have a new, truly innovative online business, service or technology idea?
Regardless of whether your idea is in alpha, beta or recently launched mode, our audience of over 700 internet professionals from 30 countries wants to hear about it. Your time in the spotlight in front of our audience could easily help your find customers, partners or investors.
Our panel of judges includes well-connected angel investors, including
John Morris, Chairman Emeritus of Tech Coast Angels, the largest angel investor group in the nation.
Any and all online business ideas are welcome, but they must be innovative and have compelling advantages.
On or before 26-Jan-2012 we will be selecting and notifying up to 10 finalists. If a finalist is not registered to attend the DOMAINfest conference, we will provide a 1-day pass for Wednesday Feb 1st so that they can give their presentation.
Each finalist will be given no more than 3 minutes on stage to present their innovative idea to the entire DOMAINfest Global audience. Presentations will take place during the PITCHfest session on Wednesday Feb 1 at 4:00pm. There will be no follow-up questions from judges. Instead, at exactly 3 minutes, the next finalist will be ushered onto the stage. As a result, this will be a fun, rapid-fire session giving the audience a chance to hear and compare numerous innovative business ideas.
After each presentation, our panel of judges will assign a score of up to 25 points in each of the following areas:
· Creativity
· Viability
· Originality
· Revenue Potential
The winner will be the finalist who received the highest combined score from the panel of judges. However, at the end of the session, the audience will indicate which finalist's product/service was their favorite using a real-time text message voting system. It will be fun to see whether the audience selects the same winner as the judges.
Winners will receive a DOMAINfest Global 2012 PITCHfest Innovator trophy, and will be prominently mentioned in a post-show press release.
Of course, all PITCHfest presenters will be winners thanks to the unbeatable exposure they will get to the DOMAINfest audience of internet entrepreneurs who are always on the lookout for new investment and partnership opportunities.
