Ari Goldberger
Principal Attorney, ESQwire.com Ari Goldberger has been a Domain Name lawyer since 1996 when he defended his domain name ESQwire.com in a federal court action against the Hearst Corporation which possessed a trademark for its ESQUIRE magazine. Following the ESQwire.com case, Ari began hearing from other domain owners needing representation in this new field. This ultimately led to the creation of ESQwire.com, "the domain name law firm," which has handled hundreds of domain name disputes and transactions over the years. Ari was also involved in the 1990s Internet boom as VP Business Development and Corporate Affairs for then Internet start-up Mail.com, which went public in 1999. In 2003, Ari founded SmartName, one of the first domain parking companies, which was acquired in 2006 by NameMedia. Ari is a 1983 graduate of Wharton Business School and earned his JD degree from Rutgers Law School in 1992.

Prior to joining HealthCare.com, Howard was Vice President at VantagePoint Venture Partners, a leading Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm, where he focused on investments in the online media and marketing industries.
Jeff Kupietzky
