DOMAINfest Ft. Lauderdale: Networking Activities

This one-day event was all about Learning and Power Networking.

The learning portion began at 10:30am with a presentation on Internet Trends from Jeff Kupietzky, CEO of Oversee.net.  His presentation was followed by a Keynote address from Jay Berkowitz, CEO of TenGoldenRules.com and author of "The Ten Golden Rules of Online Marketing". 

The networking portion of the event then kicked into high gear during lunch, with attendees engaging in lively discussions around the topics presented by Jeff and Jay.

Immediately after lunch, attendees dove into a full scale Power Networking session that involved 1-on-1 and small group discussions with experts and fellow attendees. The discussions centered around 4 carefully selected topics (see Agenda for topics and list of experts). Each corner of the conference room was assigned a different topic.

As attendees walked from corner to corner of the room to meet the different experts, they found themselves standing amongst fellow attendees who shared the same strong interest in the respective topic. This common interest provided attendees with an easy way to strike up a conversation with one another while they waited for their turn to chat with a specific expert.

Many business cards were exchanged throughout this Power Networking session.

After the Moniker auction from 4:00 to 7:00pm, there was plenty of time to continue conversations, and to meet new people, over dinner and drinks held outside in the pool lounge area.

Based on the wonderful feedback received from attendees, we are certain that DOMAINfest Ft Lauderdale achieved its goal of providing unmatched learning and power networking opportunities for all.
