Adam Epstein serves as President and COO and is responsible for managing day-to-day business operations. Adam joined adMarketplace in November 2003 and was tapped to become President and COO in June 2006. Prior to joining adMarketplace, Adam launched Fancast.com. Trained as an attorney, Adam clerked for a US District Court judge and was an attorney with Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York. Adam graduated from Columbia University and the University of Michigan Law School.

Roderick “Roddy” Moon is a Senior Vice President in the Media Investment Banking Group at Jefferies and leads the firm's east coast digital media efforts.  With over 13 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, Roddy specializes in the digital media, e-commerce, and interactive content & services sectors where he focuses on providing M&A advisory and capital markets services to high-growth companies.  Prior to joining Jefferies, he was a Vice President at Allen & Company where he was responsible for M&A and private placement transactions for digital media and traditional media companies, including the sale of NexTag to Providence Equity.  Previously, Roddy has held positions with the Financial Sponsors Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch, TenX Capital Partners, and GE Equity. He received an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA with honors from Harvard University.

Tom Rusling, Business Development at MediaWhiz, has ten years of online experience, including web entrepreneur, Marketing Director (SkyAuction.com), and seven years of progressive search marketing, link building, online reputation management, and strategy consulting experience.  He has worked with an array of VC startup and established companies, including Turner Broadcasting, Conductor, ThisNext.com, Text Link Ads, and Kaplan, Inc.  Tom combines in-depth knowledge of online marketing along with the business strategy insights honed through his MBA studies at the University of Rochester Simon School to provide businesses with key guidance on strategic approaches to traffic generation, site monetization, and conversion/usability enhancement.
